New Patients
New patients are always welcome at FamilyFirst HealthCare however, not all physicians are currently accepting new patients. Schedule an appointment today by calling (806) 794-3000. If you are a new patient, please arrive 15 minutes early to provide enough time to fill out the required forms, or download them now by Clicking Here.

Walk-In Policy
Walk-ins are welcome six days a week without an appointment! We set aside time especially for walk-ins at the following times:

Monday-Friday: (4:00pm – 5:00pm)

Walk-ins are for acute care needs only: common cold, flu, strep, upper respiratory and urinary tract infections, to name a few. If you are needing medication refills or a referral, you will need a scheduled appointment. If you are seen as a walk-in, without an appointment, you may not be seen by your primary care physician.

After Hours
After normal business hours we can still be reached by calling (806) 794-3000, where you be directed to the answering service to leave a message.

Prescription Refill
We ask that you contact our office before you completely run out of medication to allow 3-5 days for refill of routine medication. When you need a refill, please call your pharmacy and they will contact us. This reduces the possibility of errors being made when filling your prescription. Urgently needed medication refills should be called to the front office and a message left for the nurse. Any Rx refill request received after 4pm will not be called in until the next working day. Pain medication and controlled substances can only be refilled during regular office hours with an office appointment (8:00am-4:00pm). You may be asked to schedule an appointment for treatment evaluation purposes before a prescription refill is ordered at your physician’s discretion.

Forms Brought to the Office
If you have forms you would like to have our office staff fill out, please call us at (806) 794-3000 and schedule an appointment. Note that for a visit of this type you may be subject to an additional charge not necessarily covered by all insurances. We require at least 14 days to complete certain forms.

Workman’s Compensation
We are sorry to inform you that at the current time FamilyFirst does not handle cases involving workman’s compensation.
