Family First Health Care is a group practice of highly trained primary care physicians specializing in Family Medicine. Our office, in affiliation with Covenant Medical Group, provides comprehensive medical care to Lubbock and the South Plains that includes diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses. We provide routine healthcare services to patients of all ages including infants, children, teenagers, adults, and the elderly. Some common visits include physicals examinations and check-ups, vaccinations, Flu and Strep testing, diabetic screening, minor surgical procedures, and minor emergencies.
